The MIRAMAR HOTEL APARTMENT is a new upcoming address
in AL QUSAIS 1, which is located within easy distance
from Dubai’s business district.
It is seven
minutes away from the DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and
eliminates traveling through the traffic which Dubai is
so notoriously famous for. We are located just behind
the AL BUSTAN CENTRE.
Its strategic location
allows visitors and residents an easy access to other
emirates including Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al
Khammiah.
Under an Indian management the MIRAMAR
HOTEL APARTMENT, started operations in July 2006. This
is a fully furnished hotel apartment with all modern
amenities in room.
All rooms are elegant and
spacious and guests are welcomed warmly by the trained
courteous staff.
All rooms have balconies which
overlook the city of Dubai making it very picturesque in
the evening’s as this is a ten storied
building.
Total number of rooms are one hundred
and eight which comprises of one bed room hall kitchen
(1BHK) and two bed room hall kitchen (2BHK).
All
rooms have Television, Satellite Receiver in all room,
Refrigerator, washing machine, cooking range. We also
have ample of parking facility both in the basement and
lobby level. Wireless internet is available in the hotel
premises.
Rooms are available on daily, weekly,
monthly and yearly basis.

also has a swimming pool on the roof top and a gymnasium
where the fitness freaks can keep both body and mind
fit.
We also have a coffee shop where tea, coffee
and light snacks are offered. Breakfast can also be
served in room at an additional cost.
